Description:

Webex integrates with the Williams College telephone system to allow you to use your laptop or smartphone as an extension of your desk phone. This allows you to receive calls on your laptop or smartphone.


Once Installed, launch the application and sign In with your Williams email address. That should bring you to our Okta login.

Phone service requires a separate login (username/password). Once logged in you will see a mess towards the bottom that states the phone services are not working, and option to open settings to login.
If you do not see this, go to settings and then Phone Services and then login with just your username username and Williams password. After you authenticate you should see phone service and voicemail service connected.
