We’ve got a new look and a new name and we’re still providing the same friendly services. The name Client Services better identifies our core mission to provide technology support to the Williams community – for one thing we help people, not desktops. We’ve also improved our space in Jesup!
Client Services is now located entirely on the first floor of Jesup. No more trekking up to the 3rd floor for help (unless you want the extra exercise). Just walk in the front door, we’re right there to help you….Come take a look or just say hi.
Our name change reflects a shift in technology and the nature of support – at one point nearly all Williams computers were desktops. Of course now we support all manner of devices from laptops to tablets, iPads and smartphones.
