The Williams College Office for Information Technology seeks two experienced Business Information Analysts for the Administrative Information Services (AIS) team. Reporting to the Director of AIS, you’ll support Human Resources and Financial Aid, respectively, in the effective use of their administrative applications. You’ll also play a key role in implementing and integrating a new core suite of cloud-based applications at the College.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff in the College’s administrative offices, in particular the Office of Human Resources or the Office of Financial Aid, to ensure the enterprise applications they use are reliable, secure, and meet their needs
- Work with College staff, faculty, and students to understand the people, process, and technology aspects of information technology-related challenges, and help implement improvements
- Assist with, and potentially manage, projects related to the implementation and integration of cloud-based applications for financials, human resources, and student records
- Configure, implement, test, document, and support modern administrative software applications and cross-application integrations
- Keep current on information technology concepts and best practices
- Train college community members in the effective use of information technology
Qualifications
Required
-
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis, ideally related to either human resources or financial aid
- A self-motivated, well-organized and enthusiastic individual able to work productively with minimal supervision
- The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members across campus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some experience with software programming and database management
Preferred

- Experience with SQL and relational database applications
- Experience implementing and maintaining cloud applications
- Experience with integration platform-as-a-service (IPaaS) software
- Experience with data management and reporting
- Experience working in higher education
