Jesup Data Center Energy Saving & Modernization Project – Server maintenance

Up until now we have had very minimal disruptions, but this event will have several servers/services unavailable for a few hours.

The following services will be unavailable from 8 AM to approximately 11 AM on Sunday, August 6th, 2023:

• Peoplesoft HR (ephr.williams.edu and staff-careers.williams.edu)
• Peoplesoft Finance (finance.williams.edu)
• Peoplesoft Student (sarah.williams.edu)
• OCR Advance

 

The following servers/services will be unavailable from approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 6th, 2023

• Windows File Servers (personal and department shared drives)

  • files4
  • files5
• Self-Service JAMF Software distribution
• Legacy web server (not wordpress)
  • web.williams.edu
• DocFinity
