We have traced the problem to a specific version of Google Chrome. Please take a moment to check your version and update if needed. In the upper right corner of Chrome click the button with three horizontal lines, Help, About Google Chrome. If you see an update available, accept it then quit and reopen Chrome.
Chrome is quite good about updating itself frequently and it is often enough to simple quit out of the program for it to update.
