Online Voicemail Portal Moving to Okta

Beginning Wednesday (2/5/25,) you can access the voicemail portal via an Okta tile. Simply log in to Okta as you normally would and click the voicemail tile to access your messages.  Or continue to use your browser bookmark.  As a bonus, if you are logged in to Okta on your browser you will not need to log in again.   Note that if you were previously using a shared account to access vmail.williams.edu this method of access is no longer available. Individuals using shared accounts have already been contacted directly by OIT regarding alternative options. Additionally, if you access vmail.williams.edu from off campus, you will now have to use either VPN, Jabber or you can dial into the voicemail system to retrieve messages.
