Happy to announce the high-performance computing cluster (HPCC) upgrade is complete, including upgrades to the operating system, existing software, and management and scheduling system.
To access the HPCC, users will need a new temporary password. Please email [email protected] to be assigned your temporary password and receive instructions for updating the ssh host keys on your computer.
Users will also need to make adjustments to existing job submission scripts (from PBS to SLURM). Documentation for the new HPCC configuration is available at https://hpcc.williams.edu/, covering information about the new upgraded systems, and includes documentation on the new set of commands for submitting jobs and checking on job status.
