  • Give your guests a chance to look through relevant files before the meeting so they can come prepared.
  • Easily find items discussed during meetings by looking at past event invites.

Instructions to attach a file to an event in Calendar:

  1. In Calendar, create or edit a calendar invite.
  2. Click Add attachment.
  3. Select a file from Drive, or click Upload to add a file from your computer.
  4. Click Save.
