To continue providing secure access to our wireless network, OIT is updating several related servers and certificates on Tuesday morning, August 16th
Most wireless devices including laptops, phones and tablets will prompt you to trust or accept the new certificate for eduroam. Please do so.
If you are using a Mac computer the certificate may require you to authenticate to install – keep in mind this is your computer login which is different than your eduroam login.
In some cases we have seen the need to accept the certificate and then also log in with your eduroam credentials again. If you do log in again please use your email address as the username e.g. email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, and then your email password.
If that does not work please try forgetting your eduroam network https://oit.williams.edu/announcements/how-to-forget-a-wireless-network/ or use the official eduroam tool (Android phone owners simply use the “geteduroam” app from the Play Store).
