More college services are being added to the standard Okta login!
Have you installed Word, Excel or Powerpoint on your home or personal computer using the college O365 login? In order to do so you would have created a microsoft account using your Williams email address ([email protected]) and then downloaded and installed the applications. That login will become your standard college login using the same password you use for Williams email. It will also require the standard login through Okta the first time after the switch.
What will I see?
In Word, Excel or Powerpoint there will be an alert (yellow triangle) to indicate the account needs to be changed.
Click the File menu. Then click the Account link. Click the Fix me box.
Log in to your Williams account including Okta as normal.
Using OneDrive?
O365 comes with OneDrive online storage but not everyone uses it. If you access OneDrive using your web browser simply log in and be directed to your standard Williams login.
Using the OneDrive desktop app?
The app allows you to sync your data from the online cloud storage to your computer, similar to Google Drive for Desktop.
