On 8/8/2024, OIT will be modifying many phones across campus to make it easier for your Williams phone number to follow you when you move from one office to another.
The modification will happen for campus phones that do not currently have a login/logout button and where this change will not impact the phone’s current configuration. The login/logout button on the physical phone will allow the phone number to be updated by any campus employee; you won’t have to ask and wait for OIT to make the change. You will not need to login to the phone after we make this change.
