Who we are: The Faculty/Staff Support Desk is run by the Client Services Department of OIT, and is the primary contact for technology questions and provides advanced troubleshooting support via phone, email, remote control software and on-site visits. There are usually three people assigned to answering the phone, but even then all lines are sometimes in use. If you do not reach anyone immediately, you may leave a voicemail message or:
