Users are anyone with a Williams username and password. Users may submit events to the calendars listed above and to any student neighborhood or group calendars that they have joined.
- Editors: Submitting an Event
Editors have additional training and privileges. Editors may put events on calendars without approval and edit events they have already posted.
Administering the Calendar

Public events are reviewed and approved by the Communications Office.

Student event submissions and requests for membership in neighborhood and student group calendars are administered by Student Life.
