Information Technology Committee and College Council have approved
changing to an opt-in system to have a live Ethernet jack. Ethernet
jacks in common rooms will remain activated.
If you want to request that your Ethernet jack be live when you return
in September, you can make the request by logging into PeopleSoft and
go to Self Service > Campus Life > Dorm Ethernet Activation. This
option is now available in Peoplesoft.
You can also wait until fall to make the request. Turn-around time
during first-days before classes start will be 24 hours. Once classes
begin the wait may be up to three business days.
