The Faculty/Staff Support Desk is the primary contact for technology questions and provides advanced troubleshooting support via phone, email, remote control software and on-site visits.There are usually three people assigned to answering the phone, but even then all lines are sometimes in use. If you do not reach anyone immediately, you can wait on the phone or leave a voicemail message.
