Ticketing System
HelpDesk (WHD) tickets may be created by going to http://ticket.williams.edu or by emailing [email protected], which generates a ticket from your email.
Logging In
Note: From Off-Campus first login to the VPN client (directions and download link)
Log in to Web HelpDesk with YOUR username (do NOT add @williams.edu) and password even if the request is for someone other than who is submitting the request. A menu will guide you through the request process.
